I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dollar Tree in June 2018
Interview
The interview process was pretty laid back, they asked questions about yourself and situational questions. For me it really was not a interview, it was just the hiring manager asking me questions about me and trying to make sure that I was a good fit for the position.

Question 1
If one of the employees were to get into an altercation with a customer what would you do?
Interview was too easy. Interviewer did not give me all of the details about the position. Interviewer let me know the top pay and they wanted me right away but the hiring supervisor asked her to get me to take a very low number for this role.
The interview process was professional, The store manager seemed nice. I though this would be a decent place to work. After being offered the job and accepting. The District Manager instead fill the position with his own applicant without ever notifying me.
