The interview was very casual. I had to answer basic scenario questions and basically prove I could count to 10. Not super difficult but I get why necessary. It was maybe 10 to 15 minutes

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
