The process interview with dotCMS was a great experience and so quickly I had the opportunity to talk with the team about the company, the product and the culture values.
The first step was a short interview with the recruiter to know about my experience and expectations, then I had a technical interview with the team to talk about my experience with Angular, the design system, and the challenges I faced in my previous job, then I had a code challenge to show my skills, finally I had the last cultural fit interview where most of the questions were about the values and how I could represent those values in the day to day, the philosophy for new member is dotCMS is "Right Person, Right Seat".
