      1) Received email from the department that the Dow recruiters are coming to campus; we were asked to send resume, research summary, and transcript if interested. 2) Received an email from the recruiter asking me to give them a research presentation. 3) At the day of the interview, I gave a presentation on the project that I've worked on. 4) After the presentation, they asked some behavioral questions 5) Received a dinner offer later that day

      First meeting with hiring managers (PhD-level) about 30 minutes total via Microsoft Teams. Started with introductions, then proceeded to bulk of the interview which was questions from them, and ended with 5 to 10 minutes to ask them questions.

      This was a first round interview for on campus recruitment for potentially matching you with teams at the company. It was a 45 minute interview including a 15-20 minute research presentation by interviewee. Panel had only one interviewer. Had technical, behavioral and HR type questions.
