The interview process was quite easy if you have proper knowledge of the role you are applying for. Just prepare well according to your role.
There were two rounds of interviews:
1. Telephonic round with HR
2. Managerial round (online or offline, depending on the candidate’s convenience)
The office infrastructure was average and felt somewhat like a calling center environment. One thing I noticed after joining was that although I was selected for a BA role, my primary tasks mainly involved calling random numbers and pitching the company’s product.
