Interview
ten questions asked about leadership and past experience. Was very open ended questions, but could tell they wanted a leadership type answer for each one. After interview said they would notify either way but never heard anything from them. Great opportunity and a solid company with great earning potential. Looking for people who can help the community and the company.

The interview process started smoothly and had quick communication but after the first interview I did not get a response on whether I moved forward or didn't until about two months later.

I got an email to schedule an interview and was able to pick a time within a week. It was an online interview with behavioral questions and questions based on my resume. The interviewers were very awkward, and it felt like it was a waste of their time to be conducting the interview.

Interview
Very easy. Project managers were very helpful in answering any questions about what i would be doing. They were also very accommodating with class scheduling conflicts. They seemed to genuinely care about what you want to progress in or up to in your career.
