Very simple and easy. Smile a lot and make sure you know what your favorite candy is. They'll ask. They set up is relaxing and laud back. Good luck! You'll like it if you enjoy candy and fudge.

It was a released and comfortable sit-down interview outside. It felt like a nonchalant conversation. The questions were simple and to the point and the process took maybe 10 minutes of my time.
