I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at E. & J. Gallo Winery.

    Interview

Overall, the whole process took about 4-6 weeks, which is normal for this company. All day interview process that included a tour of the company. 1 phone screen and 3 on-site interviews. Lunch and dinner was provided which served as a meet and greet with company employees, leadership, etc. Tough interviews, grueling process, but a positive experience.

Two phone screens and in-person super day. Very fair and engaging questions with a good mix of behavioral/fit questions and "case-like" exercises. All interviewees were extremely passionate about the company and sincerely interested in getting to know me!

    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at E. & J. Gallo Winery in March 2018.

    Interview

I was contacted via email to set-up a phone interview. We had to reschedule the interview because the phone line was breaking off and I couldn't understand the questions. I had to keep on repeating myself . The 2nd attempt was much better and learned how physical the position can be. I was caught off guard because the position is out in the field and this is not clearly stated. Very upbeat interview and I felt it went great. I was informed I would be notified in between 4 weeks of potential next steps and I have not been notified.
