Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone-call and a final video meeting with some of the HR team members. I skipped the one on one with the manager that is sometimes in between those stages.

Question 1
When was a time you had to resolve conflict? How did you approach the situation?
The interview process consisted of a phone call. I was a return so it was not particularly difficult or surprising. In the prior internship, it consisted of a phone call and a panel through Zoom. Everyone was patient and I felt comfortable to present myself in a welcoming environment.
