First you interview with the recruiter, they ask you a series of questions about your past experiences and go over job details and what you’d be doing in that role. Next steps are interviewing with department managers, which in my case was 2 managers over zoom. They finish their round of interviews. Next would be the phone call to find out if they would like to proceed with next steps.

The interview process was transparent and straightforward. There were clear and concise expectations for the position. I had a couple of different conversations with the teams involved and my recruiter kept me briefed on all the moving parts of the interview process. Very easy to navigate as a potential client.
