Interview
Initial Phone screen consisted of standard resume walk through and two HR scenarios issues to resolve.
Second interview came five days later and consisted of face to face with a skills test and prevue test assessing reasoning and logic.
After the testing I met with the other Directors at a lunch meeting and an offer was made to me.
