Depends if voluntary or academic internship. For academic, Email sending an inquiry, then wait for a response from relevant department. They will confirm the position's availability and set up an online interview. After the interview it takes about a week to process and the results will be emailed to you. Upon acceptance, you will have to accomplish administrative requirements for your academic internship (student contract, training plan, etc.). Overall chill.
Quick and easy. Very straightforward, too, and asked relevant questions about my degree and why I wanted to intern at the ECCP. The interviewer was easy to contact as well when we had to schedule the interview. It was a stress-free process.

Interview
The interview is general and straightforward. They ask questions about your background and experience, reasons for your application, your schedule, etc. It's pretty much like other interviews so you don't have to prepare too hard.
