Interview panel of 2, one who didn’t introduce themselves. They both sat at desks with their backs turned to me and just asked interview questions and the other wrote my answers down.

The interview was completed by two of the management team, it was straight forward enough, asking me about my background and questions with regards to the position. However, what they described of the job wasn't as expected.
