Interview
Group session and individual interview the setting was relaxed we were around 20 people to start and had the individual interviews 1 on 1 by two managers and yourself but In general the interview was like 30 mins and group session like 20 mins or so
i had applied for the role and maybe a week or so later i got a phonecall for a telephone interview which was only short now i am waiting for a zoom interview
It was a quick telephone that they can rearrange if you need to, it's a few questions they ask you, they tell you there and then if you are onto the next process, and are very accommodating if you have another job.
Group assessment / discussion followed by formal interview. The group discussion was to check problem solving and team work. The interview was a usual competency based interview with a panel of 3 people
