      1. Définition du besoin Objectif : Identifier précisément le poste à pourvoir. Actions : Analyse des besoins internes. Rédaction ou mise à jour de la fiche de poste (missions, profil recherché, compétences requises). Validation budgétaire et managériale. 📣 2. Diffusion de l’offre Objectif : Attirer des candidats qualifiés. Actions : Rédaction de l’offre d’emploi. Publication sur les canaux appropriés : site de l’entreprise, jobboards (Indeed, LinkedIn…), réseaux sociaux, cabinets de recrutement. 📄 3. Réception et tri des candidatures Objectif : Sélectionner les profils les plus pertinents. Actions : Analyse des CV et lettres de motivation. Tri selon les critères définis (expérience, compétences, diplômes, etc.). Constitution d’une shortlist. 📞 4. Entretien(s) de présélection Objectif : Valider les premières impressions et l’adéquation au poste. Actions : Entretiens téléphoniques ou visioconférences rapides (15–30 min). Évaluation de la motivation, des attentes salariales, de la disponibilité.
