Interview
First you will have a long hour phone interview informing you of the job and seeing about your qualifications. Once you pass that interview then you have your in person interview with 3 person panel. You will have several behavioral Questions and 2 mock calls to see your thought process and how you would handle a call. Easy if you prepare before hand!

Behavioral question/Star so use the Right process or the Star process and complete your questions when they ask you. When they mock a call make sure you use your objections so you get the appointment set.
