Pretty sure that I did okay for the interview and answered all the questions promptly, sent a follow up email after two weeks but no reply from HR. Unsure of what candidate profile they are looking for. To future applicants, do pop this question to the HR/hiring managers so as to not have empty hopes.
First round was a phone call screening with HR, then a call with the hiring manager for the second round, the final round was in person with the members of the team.

Initial call with HR. After a week, on site interview with quality hiring manager. If selected, 2nd round of interview with different department managers and quality manager head. Nice office.

Phone interview lasting 30 minutes where I described myself and what I was interested in. It gave me an opportunity to share what I know about the company and to learn more about the position. Further interviews will hopefully be taking place.
