I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Elanco
Interview
(1) Screening Call. 30 minutes +1
(2) Interview with Supervisor. 1 hour +1
(3) Interview with Panel. 1 hour +1
The nature of the interview is two-fold = behavioral (STAR), and values-based (research these on Elanco's website!). +1
During the panel interview, they asked a lot of questions, which as much as I felt prepared for, it was exhausting to try and diversify my answers and rely up on the same experiences constantly for conveying my answers. -1
A bit confusing at the mid-point because the job I applied for, and the job I was scheduled for a panel interview were not the same. I sought clarity and was given no response, so entering the final interview I felt caught off guard on what exactly I was being considered for as a role. -1
I was offered time to process feedback following my interview +1, yet they never followed through on this -1, and have since not returned any request for feedback -2

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you interested in the position? How did you hear about it? What is your knowledge in animal health trends?
It was pretty good. I really thought I would have made a difference. The corporation was nullified by vagabonds and putrid licensure, belief was big a moment of cryptic lisping auditors.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Elanco (Greenfield, IN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very professional and smooth. The HR department is well organized and good to work with. The hiring managers were well prepared with meaningful questions about my interests and cultural fit.
