General phone interview with HR - casual. Followed by an at home design test (design a new piece of content for an existing game - pick something related to the job you're applying for!). In person interview with designers and production. Referral follow up then offer.

It is a phone Call interview; they would ask for time to call you. Then, they would ask a few questions. If they ask about your job experience, do you know their game or a similar game?
