HR set up interviews, and redirect to schedule with the managers, mostly zoom now but could be in-person upon requests. Turnaround time is fast with in 1-2 weeks, or even just couple days depends on how many candidates are there.

Easy and zoom call that didn’t take long and just asked easy questions most about yourself. Also describing your experience and short term goals. Overall, easy process but the enrollment was alittle difficult because of the different emails

Interview
I was interviewed by a panel of nurses. They all asked me different questions from my goals in five years, qualifications and different scenarios and how I would handle them. The whole hiring process took about a month. Interview, background check, physical, blood test, urine test for drug, it’s a lot of steps to take before you actually get to orientation. But it all makes sense and worth it!
