An in depth zoom call with a young woman asking very out dated, scripted, basic questions that are not suited for seasoned professionals. Ie. “tell me a time you solved a problem at work” . Absurd.

A lot of situational questions. Just be prepared by practicing your answers. A lot of questions will be answered from your experience. The questions are not that difficult if you are prepared.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Emory University in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was typical. I was told that the position needed to be filled , "as soon as possible". That being stated, after the interviews, the communication ceased. Seven weeks after the first interview and five weeks after the final interview and only after sending an email did I receive a generated email that I was no longer being considered.
Everyone was perfectly kind and I would have been pleased to work for the University.
I do make a decision in working for an organization/business by the quality of their communication. I have since withdrawn my other job applications from Emory.
