Interview
I arrived and spoke with the Director of Event Technology for the hotel. He was polite, prepared, direct and friendly throughout the 30-45 minute interview. He asked me various questions about my experience level with customer service and how I handle clients and fellow coworkers in stressful situations. When the interview finished, he said that, because of the upcoming holiday season and number of applicants, it would take 2-3 weeks to get back to me about another follow up interview. Overall, a positive interview experience and I hope to hear back from PSAV soon.

Interview
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
