Had one interview with a recruiter - she came off as fairly abrasive the whole time, almost like an interrogation. They had an AI Notetaker transcribe the whole interview so the hiring manager could “review the conversation” which 1) why don’t you conduct the interview yourself then, and 2) comes off as rude to think your time is more important than mine. I received a standard email denial a few days later; when I asked for constructive feedback from my recruiter, I was ghosted. She also pointed out directly in the interview that “this culture is not for everyone” which, in conjunction with everything above, says to me this is not a collaborative work environment.
