Great interview, terrible place for residents and employees. I would not recommend this as a place to work or house any elderly person who needs help. The employees here are rude and disrespectful to coworkers and they treat the residents with no professionalism, tact, basic respect or dignity. The treatment of the residents is abusive at times.
