I'm posting this as I go through the process and while its fresh in my mind. The phone interview consisted of general questions scu as 18 years of age or older, authorized to work in the US, okay to check your credit, etc. Secondly there were behavioral questions such as; how would you handle an irate customer, tell me about a challenging situation on the job and rate your knowledge of MS Excel.

Interview
The first-round interview went really well. She was very nice and professional, which made the conversation feel comfortable and natural. I wasn’t stressed, and I felt confident discussing my background. She asked thoughtful questions about how the company operates and my potential future there, which made the discussion engaging and insightful.
This was a phone screen interview. Pretty standard and what you would expect. Gave more details about the position and asked me a few questions. That is all I have to say

Interview
15 minute first round online interview using teams. It was very basic background questions and then scheduled in person interview. Second round in person interview much longer with some technical questions. Very nice interviewers both rounds.
