I applied online. About 2 days later, I received an e-mail asking me to schedule a phone interview. Process took about a week. The interview itself was less than three minutes. I was asked EXACTLY the same questions that I already answered at the end of the online job application. It was obvious the interviewer didn't read my application beyond my contact information.

Met with the accounting supervisor and business manager and they discuss prior experience based in daily rental and ask questions about growth and why we should hire you

Interview
First there was a phone screen interview and 2 days later I got the in person interview. Controller and the Accounting Supervisor interviewed me. I interviewed on a Thursday and was told that I would definitively hear back the following Monday. I did not hear back even after 2 weeks.
