I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Billerica, MA) in Sept 2010
Interview
Took a few weeks for a reply on the position but then they never emailed or called back when I was asked if I was interested in the position. It wasn't until 3 weeks later they called about another opening for the same position. It took several calls back and forth before I was finally asked to come in for an interview. They gave a quick phone interview to ask questions about my age, I had a valid driver's license, why them and some information about the company and position, all of this took less than 5 min. Questions that I answered on the on-line application they asked me about again on the phone. A few days later I received a call and was asked to come in the next day for an interview. Asked some basic accounting questions, Tell me about yourself, Why this company and position, Where do you see yourself in 3 years.

I wasn’t stressed, and I felt confident discussing my background. She asked thoughtful questions about how the company operates and my potential future there, which made the discussion engaging and insightful.
This was a phone screen interview. Pretty standard and what you would expect. Gave more details about the position and asked me a few questions. That is all I have to say
