I submitted my resume having worked with Tamarac products previously. HR said I was an ideal candidate for this position and scheduled me for a follow up call with the director for this group.
The call went well, with the Director mentioning how insightful my comments were. They emphasized how fast that they needed to fill the position. I sent a follow up email, he replied to it a day later saying that they would 'be in touch shortly'.
The interview was Monday. It is now Saturday. Also, the job description did not mention travel, but 10% was addressed during the call with HR. HR focused more on managing people, while the Director focused more on Clients.
