Two rounds of phone interviews. The first round is a panel interview with the different offices and they took turns asking you about 6 questions. The second round was more conversational and the different offices talk about the kind of work you might do and give you an opportunity to ask questions. I think the second interview is to see which division you would be the best fit for you.
