I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2011
Interview
Applied online, then took a basic skills test (math/logic questions) a few days later. A recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview that basically was to confirm that you're a real person. Interview
Delivery of writing samples, an initial, brief intro interview with HR, followed by two true interviews with different stakeholders. They sent lots of materials before the second interview with premade videos about the campus and benefits.
