Equifax Software Asset Manager interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter who I spoke to twice. We set up an interview with the hiring manager via phone call. Then we set up a group interview with the team. They sent an email with a form for questions to fill out. They also provided their question list, which probably was a mistake, but, I reviewed those, though they really didn't follow their own format.
