Interview questions [2]
Question 1
“What was the most difficult challenge you faced in your experience?”
it was an AI interview with overall 5 very basic questions. Overall the experience was fun however it felt very impersonal due to the fact that you speak to yourself and it is also stressful as you see the countdown.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time that you were involved in a group project or activity where the others involved were challenging to work with. What did you do about it?
It was a highly professional interview. Technical questions were few with a great focus on the core values of Equinor. It was about 1 hr and 30 minutes. Quite comfortable and interesting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equinor (Houston, TX) in June 2012
Interview
I had applied through a recruiter and was called for an interview in Houston. It was technical, I was asked questions about my previous job experience. What exactly I did at previous projects? What process simulation software I was familiar with? Whether I had offshore or operational experience. One person participated via video and two more in person in Houston.
