I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Equinox (Westwood, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a group interview. I arrived a few minutes early, we were met with two of the fitness managers. Given a tour, then a lecture-slide show. (The only bad thing was that our validated parking was only for 2 hours. We went over and I almost had to pay $22.00 to park for my interview!)

Question 1
They asked me to tell them about myself. It was open ended.
Virtual and in-person interviews; virtual interview was not too bad it was a recorded interview with situational questions and multiple choice while the in-person interview was mostly a vibe check and seeing how you would take on new clients.

Question 1
One thing they asked about was how you deal with difficult clients?
I applied online. I interviewed at Equinox (Greenwich, CT)
Interview
I had a very positive phone interview experience with Equinox. The interviewer was professional, welcoming, and respectful of my time. They asked clear, thoughtful questions about my background and gave a great overview of the role, team expectations, and the company culture. The conversation felt organized and informative, and I appreciated how transparent they were about next steps in the process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant interview experience that reflected well on the company.
Super easy, had a round with a recruiter and then met with the manager. They were very transparent about pay and work required. I see a lot of negative reviews about pay, but at least from my experience the whole pay scale was clearly communicated and lined out.
