Interview
Very cordial and comfortable - even during panel interview. O'Neill gave me my start in development work so, for me, it was a lot like coming full circle and I felt very welcomed during each visit. O'Neill is a unique institution and often referred to "America's Theater Campus" - it deserves this title in every respect.

Question 1
The interviewers had done their homework in terms of emerging trends in philanthropy. It wasn't so much difficult as it was a refreshing opportunity to speak to the future development of philanthropy
