Various groups asked good detailed question about experience and behavioral / situational. Ended up being a complete waste of time because I was offered a lower position because some ‘higher-up‘ changed their mind about what the facility needed, so I was offered lower pay compared with what I was earning at the time. I guess razor thin margins means everyone is severely underpaid, manager level positions are paid as supervisor and supervisors are paid like entry level workers, an embarrassment to the scientific community.
