I applied through counsaltant total 3 round in total take place 1. Excel test(it financial accumen test), 2. Technical round(Not to difficult), 3.Hr discussion ( Salary discussion) and it takes almost 2 weeks

There were four rounds starting with basic introduction in Hr round, then there was an excel test, technical round where some finacial questions were asked, final round with avp of process

Total 4 rounds of interview. Selection process totally based on business requirements and client demands. HR round followed by Technical round where they basically test your skills on job requirements. Offline test followed interview with manager and lastly salary negotiation.
