The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Everforth Creative Circle (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2012
Interview
This was the longest interview I had been on in my life. After 3 separate phone interviews I was brought in to meet with 4 different people over 2 hours. I found each interview to be very different but one common theme. Everyone who I met with was very negative, they gave off the impression that the company was a horrible place to work at and left me feeling really discouraged. I did not get a job and at the end of the experience was more then happy with that outcome. After hearing everyone discuss the job I don't think it would have been a fulfilling work environment.
They didn't reach out at the end of the interview. this was not professional because I got to the final interview and heard nothing they should work on that. Other than that it was fine.
Pleasant screen with one of the internal recruiters followed by three rounds with various levels of managers. All video calls. It was a lot of people to talk to, but they did move through the process quickly.

Question 1
What I already knew about the company and why I was interested in the role.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Everforth Creative Circle in Jan 2022
Interview
Recruiters often pontificate on how difficult their job, when all it is, is understanding the needs of the client and providing them with options.
I felt the interview was very average. My only concern was the level of professionalism of the people interviewing me. I took the time to sit and meet with you only to have you show up minutes late dressed as if you had just woken up.
Jobs are only as difficult as you make them to be.
