I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Everlight Solar in June 2023
Interview
The interview process was weird. They don't ask you any questions about your technical skills, which goes to show that they want to know if you're social and outgoing. The recruiters all read from a script, and it was obvious when there was a break in the dialogue to "laugh". It wasn't natural at all and it made me turn away from the company when the hiring manager was even reading from a script... None of my questions were answered and the pay is awfully low. All of the people I spoke with come from backgrounds that have nothing to do with management or recruiting, and their background education (linkedin) were not very impressive. Steer clear away if you want a professional entry-level position with affective managers.

Question 1
Who is more OCD, you or your best friend? What are your social media account usernames? If we were to extend an offer, would you accept right away?

Interview
There was a general reasoning and intellect evaluation before the interview, and then first was a basic screening on recorded video call. After that would've been a full video interview, but I didn't get that far.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One question they asked in the screening was, "what's the weirdest thing you've had to organize in your life or work?" Another was, "what's more important to you, clarifying details, or solving problems?"
It just seemed like the process was non-traditional. The recruiters all read from a script and it seemed new to their roles. That didn't make me feel confident that this would be a place from growth, as it seemed like the TA team didn't know what they were doing.
