They were very thorough, asked great questions, and did a wonderful job of making you feel noticed. They asked all the "normal" job interview questions and were very personable. I am glad I was able to work there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Excel Eye Center (Provo, UT) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied for the job on ksl.com in August 2015. The interview was very chill. They asked me to tell them about myself and then proceeded to ask me questions about various items on my resume. After that they told me about the position and I told them about why I'd be a good fit. I don't remember any specific questions they asked, the conversation just seemed to flow from one topic to the next without having formal questions. I'm not sure if this has changed since I was hired.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Excel Eye Center (Provo, UT) in Aug 2015
Interview
Submitted writing samples, including graphic I would use, for about a week's worth of social media posts, got a phone call for an interview, met with the head HR person and was hired on the spot.
