Spoke to the recruiter first and then was scheduled for three virtual interviews. Interviews were very low-pressure and felt like a conversation rather than a typical interview. Technical questions were asked and the panel interviews did not take as long as other companies (which is a huge plus). Interviewers were extremely kind, courteous, and polite. I found out I was not selected after checking my candidate profile on their job website. Although I would have preferred a rejection email from HR after making a human connection from the process, I understand that there are a lot of moving parts during screening, and sending rejection emails to the other candidates are low on the totem pole.
