Interview
The interview involved three phases: 1) phone screening (30 minutes); 2) phone interview (1 hour); 3) super day in Dallas with four other candidates (5 hours). The interview questions focused on my background. I was not quizzed about my knowledge of the company, nor was I asked any technical questions.

What is your outlook on global oil and natural gas markets?
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
