I applied through university. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Baton Rouge, LA)
Interview
Applied through campus interview and attended information session before hand. Person interviewing me first asked me what my favorite class was and why and then least favorite and why. He then went straight to the behavioral questions. He said if I didn't have a great example he could skip to different question because he had a whole list of questions that were similar. I asked questions for about 15 minutes and then that was it. Haven't heard back from them so far.

Question 1
In the HR round they asked, as an engineer, how have I used data and solved a problem in a real life situation.
Starting with conversation with HR people, roundtable interview asked hours long behavior questions, some of which were tricky and needs some time to answer but manageable. Overall they were nice and gentle, could feel they try to give me comfortable environment. Then, there were multiple 1:1 interviews that exhausted me because simply it was long.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2019
Interview
There was a STAR interview question set. They ask many of the same questions, like what would you do in this difficult situation? They also ask many personal questions about your academic and work success.
