After my applying I've received the test assignment (compose a test-plan and write a Python script), then we had a Skype interview, afterwards - interview with my current line manager and 2 crew members, then - interview with the HR. During the first "live" interview I've been asked about testing (when it's better to automate; different types of testing; what to do if you found a bug before the release), soft-skills (how do you work in team; what motivates you) and common questions (why do we need you, why do you need us).
