Had an initial telephone interview with HR and was invited to a first stage interview, but never heard back since, even after I sent an email to ask for interview feedback. I was expecting such a large organisation where they promote a great culture to work in should at least have a structured and sound application process, and HR would have at least have the basic courtesy to either make a phone call or write a simple email to candidates who did not succeed in their first round of interview with some feedback to show appreciation and value of the time they have invested in and prepared for the interview.
