I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in July 2016
Interview
I had a video interview instead of a phone interview (you have to respond 4 questions, and are given a minute for each answer). The questions have all been mentioned before (Tell us about yourself; where does your passion for IT come from, etc). The Assessment centre was very easy, a GCSE level maths test + some very basic IT and logical questions, then a three short interviews (all questions are taken from the brochure they provide, just make sure you remember what their values and strengths are), and a final Venn diagram test.
The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Your biggest strength/weakness?
What do you know about KYC?
Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.
simple. screening call and then panel style interview and then separate interviews with 3 different account managers. all kind of asked questions you'd expect, just do research on fdm and the stream you are being interviewed for and you'll be fine
