The interview consisted of a 15 minute powerpoint you have to do and present. You will be interviewed by two people. My interviewers were the loveliest. Each interviewer had 5 questions each about your precious experience and “tell me a time…” type questions. If something in your powerpoint is not clear they will ask you questions at the end clarifying. The powerpoint is an important part of the interview and should be prepared properly.

I was scouted through the Debut app and then invited for a very relaxed telephone interview. After completing the interview which had me summarize my skills, I had to complete a video interview which had me talking to a camera and not an actual person. After completing both of those, I was invited to their London office for an assessment day where I had to bring in an object and give a five minute presentation on how it represents me and why I believed myself good for the job. Then I went on to have four interviews with one or two people who asked skill assessment questions.

After the online application they call you within 3-4 days if you pass the CV screening. The call is regarding easy question about the company and if you can work in UK. Once you pass it, you have three days to prepare the online interview, 4 questions 30 seconds to think about and 1 minute to answer them.
