It was an online interview. The employer notified a few hours prior to the interview start time. Mostly inquired about .Net and related technologies. Felt like the interview process was rushed and asked me to participate while I was working for the current company at that time.

Initially a phone conversation took place and then there was an online interview with managment . Later on they invite to visit and had a quick discussion with the managment. Same day offer letter was issued and expected to join the company ASAP.
