The hiring process is pretty straight forward. There are a series of interviews, not as much to test your knowledge of the industry, but more to test your ability to learn and adapt. All of the questions were simple (no brain teasers) and were set to gauge your personality.

The interview consists of a lot of technical questions about 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 rules. It was two rounds with examination directors. I recommend studying on the rules and be prepared to a writing exam. They want someone with proper grasp of the English language.

Recruited at a job fair for an interview as a graduate student. Interview was not difficult, generally behavioral questions and an assessment of the role for which you were being interviewed.

Applied 4 times with management references. Finally got one interview. The same person interviewed me for the 2nd and 3rd round. Then I was ghosted. No notice about what happened. Of course, after a month I assumed I was not selected.
