      Senior Associate Interview

      29 Mar 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Factspan (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021

      Interview

The recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. The process took 2 weeks from first interview to final offer. I had total 3 interviews. One Technical, One Case Study with the Manager and then final Managerial/Behavioral where they offered me the job

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Technical Interviewer asked me questions related to my project, some technical tool based questions required for the position. In the case study round the manager gave me a product sense case study and asked my approach. He was more focused on how I will approach to a problem than solution. If you do well in first two rounds most likely third round is easy. Just about why factspan? why this role? (I was interviewing for a specific role [Products] ) why you think you are the good fit? about relocation etc
