Easy, they talk about your availability and schedule. Hardly any difficult questions. Just have to be able to lift 40 ILBs and be nice, professional.

Interview
I didn’t really have a interview per say. I went into a staff meeting that was held in the Costco food court, got asked 2-3 question then said I was hired. I filled out brief paperwork that included a background check then got showed around and explained my role in the company.
